TOMMY LEE: Back In Santa Monica Court

Tommy Lee appeared in Santa Monica Court yesterday morning (April 15) for more testimony from witnesses in a wrongful death civil trial involving the former MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer. Check out the pictures here.

The lawsuit claims Lee was negligent in the drowning of 4-year-old Daniel Karven-Veres, who was attending a swim party at the musician's Malibu home.

The boy, whose parents are actress Ursula Karven and TV producer James Veres, drowned June 16, 2001, during the poolside party for then 4-year-old Brandon, one of two sons Lee had with actress Pamela Anderson.
